Project Risk Coordinator

Position Overview: As a Project Risk Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of various projects within the organization. You will lead the site management team and report directly to senior management regarding project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments to identify potential risks and challenges.
- Ensure timely procurement and organization of necessary materials in alignment with project timelines.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal design teams and external contractors to guarantee compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate labor arrangements for dedicated projects and distribute contractor information as per project schedules.
- Develop and uphold effective method statements, risk assessments, and safety plans to maintain safe working conditions.
- Collaborate with other project and contract managers to effectively plan and execute project tasks.
- Establish and maintain a safe working environment that prioritizes health, safety, and welfare.
- Set and uphold standards that comply with relevant health and safety regulations affecting employees, contractors, and the public.
- Commit to enhancing team performance through the implementation of improvement measures and incentives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues that arise during project execution, facilitating timely solutions.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a CSCS Site Manager Card and SMSTS certification.
- Educational background in a building-related field such as BTEC, HNC, HND, or a degree.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience in commercial and industrial sectors.
- Proficient in IT applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel as required and hold a valid UK driving license.
Working Hours: Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000, along with 20 days of paid leave and paid public holidays. All travel expenses for site visits will be reimbursed.
