About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to join our team at It Stars Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales Operations Manager in delivering high-quality sales operations administrative and sales enablement support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity of all data is maintained in Salesforce, including ensuring all opportunities and leads are captured and monitored.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to identify opportunities to improve sales productivity and processes.
  • Renewal Management: Assist in managing the renewal portfolio as advised by the Sales Operations Manager.
  • CRM Management: Ensure all active and non-active accounts are recorded correctly, and all renewal opportunities are cloned correctly within Salesforce.
  • Dashboard Management: Create new and maintain current dashboards as advised by the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Contract Management: Manage the data administration of our contracts system to ensure all contract paperwork is recorded, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Onboarding and Training: Assist with the onboarding and training process of new Sales Representatives.
  • Process Automation: Promote efficiency by identifying areas for improvement through processes and automation of the CRM system.
Requirements
  • Experience: Strong experience supporting software sales environments in Business Administration or Sales Operations environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Salesforce and latest versions, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Results-Oriented: Results and success-oriented, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional telephone and writing skills.
  • Teamwork: Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.
