Job Title: Pre-Litigation File Handling Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Pre-Litigation File Handling Assistant. As a key member of our pre-lit casualty claims handling team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Support: Assist pre-lit teams with tasks such as monitoring the MOJ Portal, inboxes, and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Claims Management: Complete new claim actions, handle CRU tasks, and support claims handlers via telephone and email.
  • Administrative Duties: Raise low-value payments, assist with training, and onboard run-off work on various projects.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate data on our case management system and comply with client SLA's.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of service and productivity.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
  • Experience: 12 months of relevant admin/claims support experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Communication: Good communication and telephone skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel.
  • Client Care: Excellent client care and customer service skills.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
