Role Overview:

As a DACH Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of our influencer program in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Influencer Manager in fostering the growth of the German influencer program.
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of German influencers.
  • Maintain the German influencer program, ensuring all links, offers, and communications are current.
  • Identify and engage with new talents in Germany to enhance the global influencer program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute influencer campaigns tailored to the German market.
  • Oversee invoicing and payments for German influencers.
  • Encourage collaboration among German influencers across various brands and marketing channels.
  • Support events, content, and product teams to maximize partnerships with German influencers.

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing.
  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
  • Understanding of the role influencers play in brand awareness and content creation.
  • Familiarity with current and emerging social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry and social media trends.
