To support this vision, we are expanding our team to maximize the value from the wealth of data within the organization. We are seeking a Commercial Data Manager to join the Data & Analytics department. Our commercial data is a combination of external and internal lead sources. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and utilization of commercial data to drive business growth and efficiency.

As the Commercial Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing strategies and processes to optimize our lead management operations and ensure data-driven decision-making across sales and marketing.

The Role: What You Will Do
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth within the department.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing leaders to define KPIs for performance reporting.
  • Develop and implement data acquisition, integration, and enrichment strategies.
  • Enforce data governance policies and data quality processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to automate and streamline data management processes.
  • Support the evolution and development of the lead life cycle.
  • Evaluate the performance and quality of new lead data sources.
  • Analyze commercial opportunities in new regions and territories.
  • Work in conjunction with Salesforce to ensure the accurate loading and management of leads data, maintaining data integrity and consistency.

  • Strong experience managing relationships with third-party data providers.
  • Expertise in data acquisition strategies and evaluating external data sources.
  • Track record of developing and executing data strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading analysts
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of Salesforce Leads, Opportunities and Accounts objects – or similar CRM
  • Experience with SQL
