Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart Group Ltd. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Estate Agents in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales targets, customer service, and team performance.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings.
  • Encourage team development and progression, identifying opportunities for growth and training.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
  • Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings in line with their needs.
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales, ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
  • Attention to detail.
