About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving and assisting the SEO Site Manager with the day-to-day management and optimization of our SEO channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • SEO Channel Performance: Make and implement recommendations to improve SEO channel performance and rankings.
  • Website Optimization: Recommend changes to website architecture, content, internal linking, and other factors to improve SEO rankings for target keywords.
  • Content Creation: Work with the content writer to drive SEO in content creation, optimizing copy on category pages and landing pages, as well as producing FAQ pages and buying guides.
  • Technical SEO: Use tools such as Botify and ScreamingFrog to identify issues that can cause a negative impact in SERP, perform in-depth technical SEO audits of websites, and rectify any issues.
  • Performance Analysis: Use tools like PI-datametrics and SEMRush for insights and highlight opportunities to improve performance.
  • Link Building: Assist with link building strategies and perform backlink link audits.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in an SEO-focused role (in-house or agency).
  • Experience with keyword research and strategy, daily optimization, and in-depth analysis.
  • Ability to confidently report on key performance metrics to managers.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and respond to high-priority requests.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects.
  • Genuine passion for SEO and online marketing.
  • Experience with content marketing and social campaigns.
  • Continuously and proactively improves the quality of service delivered.
  • Willingly takes the initiative and suggests new approaches.
