Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health assessments and interventions to patients in a community setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess patient progress

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
  • Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
  • NMC Registration
