We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Nurslink. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the ward manager in their absence.
Key Responsibilities- Deputize the Ward Manager: Take on additional responsibilities and support the ward manager in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
- Active Member of the MDT: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-centered care plans, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Supervise and Teach: Supervise, teach, and instruct junior and untrained staff in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Develop and Coordinate Care Plans: Work independently to develop and coordinate individual patient care plans, as agreed with the multidisciplinary team.
- Adhere to Trust Policies: Ensure adherence to Trust policies, data protection, and Health and Safety guidelines.
- Registered Nurse: Possess a current NMC pin and relevant nursing qualifications.
- Recent Experience: Have at least 6 months of recent experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Clinical References: Provide two clinical references that cover 3 years of work experience.
