We are delighted to be working with a national health charity as they seek a driven Trusts Fund Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an amazing health and campaigning charity to lead and inspire a small team, with two direct line reports.

As a Trusts Fund Manager, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of a diverse portfolio of partnerships with grant makers, building strategic relationships with donors funding operations across the UK.

This role will also see you identifying and securing new partners and Trusts for the charity, with a focus on multi-year funding.

You will need:

  • Experience of successfully securing six to seven figure multi-year funding from major grant funders and charitable foundations
  • Experience of researching and developing relationships with senior stakeholders and current and prospective funding partners
  • Track record of managing and developing successful teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to secure funding from major grant funders and charitable foundations
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and current and prospective funding partners
  • Manage and develop a small team to achieve fundraising goals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of securing multi-year funding from major grant funders and charitable foundations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage and develop a small team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £43,000 - £45,000
  • A permanent, full-time contract
  • A hybrid working arrangement with the opportunity to work from home
