Internal Sales Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain a portfolio of 50+ customers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
* Utilize a customer relationship management system to track customer interactions and sales opportunities
* Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, using every interaction to make or increase a sale
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on timber product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice to customers

**Requirements:**

* Previous sales experience in a builder's or timber merchant environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in computer software and systems
