Sales Development Representative

Kestral Construction Products is a leading distributor of specialist construction products, focusing on Waterproofing, Construction Chemicals, Concrete Repair & Protection, and Sealants. We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team, providing exceptional customer service, developing strong relationships with key accounts, and driving sales growth within our branch.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the sales team to grow the business, assisting with appointment booking and sharing market information.
- Make outgoing calls to follow up on internal and external leads, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Proactively maintain and expand sales to new and existing customers, ensuring efficient sales order entry on all products using our SAP system.
- Undertake general sales office and administration duties as required.
- Experience in a sales environment, preferably in heavy side construction materials.
- Ability to prioritize workloads to achieve targets.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Proficient IT skills and experience with SAP, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
