Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Gledholt, an enhanced community residential service providing outcome-focused support for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
- Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical and welfare needs
- Report on medical and welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
