To merge the artistry of a design studio with the ingenuity of a technology lab, establishing a comprehensive hub for extraordinary, guest-focused, immersive experiences.

This is an exciting role within a vibrant organization that collaborates with a diverse portfolio of global clients, delivering engaging and interactive experiences that are both enjoyable and memorable.

We may refer to this position as a Creative Project Coordinator or a Project Supervisor.

Ultimately, we seek a creative project leader who balances technical project execution with a focus on design and construction.

The ideal candidate will recognize that creating an immersive experience in a casino entails different construction design considerations than those required for an open-air stadium.

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar capacity, perhaps within a design agency, gaming company, theme park, theater, or in developing immersive experiences for museums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including budget management, change orders, risk assessment, client transitions, and resource distribution.
  • Lead and coordinate production teams and contractors, both on-site and remotely.
  • Facilitate daily production meetings to ensure effective communication, monitor project progress, and uphold daily objectives.
  • Identify, assess, assign, and manage freelance and contract professionals.
  • Ensure projects are executed effectively, within budget constraints, and meet established deadlines and deliverables.
  • Guide brainstorming sessions to cultivate creative and innovative solutions for immersive, digital, and physical experiences.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly updates on current and upcoming projects.
  • Present project progress to senior management, emphasizing budget tracking and potential risks.
  • Support business development, marketing initiatives, and company branding.
  • Travel internationally for extended periods to oversee project execution.
  • Stay updated on advancements in immersive themed entertainment and XR technology, sharing insights with colleagues.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficient in project management tools, including Gantt charts, status reports, and RACI Matrix.
  • Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Adept at collaborating with a diverse team of creatives, technologists, artists, developers, writers, designers, and producers.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding results.
  • Experienced in developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Knowledgeable in managing a variety of projects across different sizes, technologies, and disciplines within sectors such as entertainment, theme parks, museums, theaters, and gaming studios.
  • Familiar with immersive technologies such as VR, AR, 360 video, mixed reality, and extended reality.
  • A genuine passion for themed entertainment and immersive experiences.

Basic salary range is competitive. This role is office-based, with convenient access to public transport and parking facilities.
