Project Management Team Overview

The Project Management team is responsible for the comprehensive delivery of agency services across our diverse client portfolio. Comprising 15 skilled professionals, this team is vital to our business and project success. We continuously enhance our delivery skills, striving for consistently high standards while thriving in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

Role Overview

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations. This position serves as the knowledge holder for key accounts and projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders. The role involves direct client interaction, with accountability for timelines, resource allocation, and budget management while promoting agency processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client briefs, leveraging your delivery expertise for each creative project.
  • Collaborate with the Project Lead to estimate project costs efficiently.
  • Develop project plans and milestones that align with scope and client expectations.
  • Allocate resources to projects at each phase in accordance with budget and scope.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget, analyzing system data and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Provide project status updates tailored to the needs of clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead project communications, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain all project documentation and system requirements to high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Navigate dependencies and risks effectively, both internally and with clients.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are clear on their responsibilities for project success.
  • Deliver agency system responses to all project reporting and status requirements.
  • Coordinate various teams across the agency, including production, creative, design, and account management.
  • Act as the primary contact and knowledge holder for assigned projects.
  • Identify project risks and seek support for mitigation and solutions as needed.
  • Manage expectations by ensuring creative and production ideas are realistic and achievable, serving as a voice of reason as project risks increase or scope changes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in a creative agency.
  • Experience in client-facing roles within a creative agency.
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
