Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Supervisor to join our team at PCR Digital. As a key member of our cross-company paid digital marketing team, you will play a crucial role in the management of biddable campaigns across multiple EMEA markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders: Work closely with UK & EMEA stakeholders to understand the business segment's overarching annual marketing objectives, challenges & key beats, translating into effective paid performance plans.
  • Campaign alignment: Ensure campaigns are aligned with content and objectives by working closely with different stakeholders around the company.
  • Insight and knowledge: Attend key meetings providing insight and knowledge on biddable paid media.
  • Creative review: Review and critique incoming creative & content to ensure it's aligned with objective and fit for purpose.
  • Campaign activation: In-house campaign activation – schedule, test and launch campaigns in a timely manner with a variety of budgets.
  • Campaign tracking and optimisation: Track campaigns and optimise as appropriate.
  • Reporting and analysis: Assist in reporting, tracking and measuring all activity in line with performance based KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Stakeholder management: Provide regular audits, analysis and optimisations to improve campaign performance.
  • Test and learn: Manage an ongoing 'test and learn' optimisation programme to maximise performance.
  • Media partnerships: Develop close relationships with media partners and external agencies.
  • Cross-channel activation: Assist wider LOBs with activation and optimisation of campaigns across other social & video channels.
  • Industry trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and latest innovations and demonstrate how these can be incorporated into the wider paid social strategy.
  • New and emerging channels: Explore opportunities on new and emerging social channels.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience working across biddable media platforms.
  • Industry knowledge: Previous experience marketing offerings in the travel industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • Paid/biddable channels: Proven knowledge and experience of paid/biddable channels and management platforms.
  • Agency or in-house experience: Agency or in-house experience working on paid social campaigns.
  • Brand experience: Experience working on entertainment and/or retail brands.
  • Creative thinking: Creative thinker with an understanding of digital marketing.
  • Communication skills: Strong at communicating with non-digital savvy stakeholders, ensuring knowledge and learnings are effectively passed on.
  • Creative and copywriting skills: Excellent creative and copywriting skills.
  • Time management: Good time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills: Highly numerate with a strong attention to detail and ability to analyse large sets of complex data.
  • Team player: Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Continuous learning: A willingness and hunger to learn and develop career further.
