Job Title: Digital Marketing Supervisor

BMG is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead our digital marketing efforts for catalogue recordings in the UK. As a key member of our global digital team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing cutting-edge digital campaigns for a diverse roster of iconic musicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to engage with our audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Book and manage digital advertising campaigns with our in-house ads team, ensuring optimal ROI and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with our digital sales colleagues to deliver aligned strategies and drive sales growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and contributions to the team.
  • Represent the UK catalogue digital marketing team both internally and externally, communicating with management and artist clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Manage and lead 3rd party partners for social media, content, and creative, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign progress, highlighting areas of success or for development to the marketing team and product owners.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of running successful campaigns for artists.
  • Technical understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Practical experience with digital music tools, including smart-linking and other relevant technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Some experience and understanding of image and video editing, ideally with Adobe Suite programs like Photoshop and Premiere.
