Job Summary:

Workstreet is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the National Account Manager to develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including key contacts and decision-makers.
  • Manage customer price files and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the National Account Manager in completing code creation forms and other administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for a portfolio of small accounts, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Support with large mobilizations and special projects as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Manage customer back-order reports and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, working closely with procurement and operations teams.
  • Support customer meetings and build strong working relationships with colleagues from all departments within the business.
  • Collate and issue daily/weekly reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, and be flexible to support other areas of the business as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, customer support, or internal sales roles.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Organized and able to work under pressure, with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Numerate and computer literate, with a strong attention to detail.
