Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including key decision-makers
- Manage customer price files and ensure accurate and timely updates
- Collaborate with the National Account Manager to produce account plans and achieve sales targets
- Support large mobilizations and special projects as needed
- Manage customer back-order reports and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met

- Collate and issue daily/weekly reporting to stakeholders
- Proven experience in account management, customer support, or internal sales

- Numerate and computer literate with a results-driven approach
