In line with our expansion strategy, we are seeking to enhance our BMS Major Projects team and require a BMS Program Coordinator to oversee operations across London and the South East.

This position is field-based, with support from a dedicated team located in Egham.

We are in search of outstanding individuals who can contribute innovative ideas, fresh skills, and creative solutions to help us create a more sustainable future for individuals, families, and communities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for scheduling, planning, forecasting, and managing all technical activities from project initiation to completion across various sectors, including Commercial, Data Centers, and Healthcare.
  • Conducting project start-up, system checks, and troubleshooting for installed systems and services.
  • Executing all tasks under the guidance of the Contracts Manager/Projects Business Manager.
  • Providing comprehensive financial reports on all assigned projects.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer within the BMS & Controls sectors, with a solid technical understanding of Siemens, Trend, or Tridium systems.
  • A proven history of successful project management, consistently meeting objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Strong report writing and communication skills are essential for maintaining effective relationships with team members and clients.
  • Experience in managing and motivating teams, setting clear objectives, and inspiring others to achieve their goals.
  • A valid driving license is required due to frequent travel to various sites.
