Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Lecturer/Assessor to join our team at Bath College. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, ensuring they achieve their full potential and meet the requirements of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning materials, including classroom and workshop sessions, to students studying Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Work collaboratively with the Apprenticeship and Curriculum Managers to develop and implement a high-quality Refrigeration and Air Conditioning curriculum.
- Conduct onsite assessments and reviews of apprentices to ensure they meet the Bath College quality expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning education.
- Level 2 (e.g. GCSE) English and Maths at Grade B or above.
- Qualified to Level 3, or equivalent, in a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning discipline.
- TAQA Assessor Award (or willing to work towards).
- L5 Teaching Qualification (or willing to work towards).
