About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Water Engineering team in the UK. As a Senior Water Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex water engineering projects, including flood risk management and surface water separation schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of water engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in water engineering
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM)
  • Proven experience in water engineering, including flood risk management and surface water separation schemes
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
