Job Summary

This role involves devising and implementing product strategies that align with Travelport's long-term goals for our non-traditional air offerings, particularly focusing on Low-Cost Carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision, strategy, and execution of the product family for LCC and other direct connect air products within the portfolio.
  • Prioritize the product family, profitability, and involve Technology, Marketing, and Commercial teams in execution.
  • Formulate product strategies externally while ensuring alignment with Product Strategies across various geographies and markets.
  • Collaborate with LOB leaders to synchronize Business and Technology Strategies.
  • Drive efficient implementation by engaging with the industry ecosystem as necessary.
  • Oversee evergreen roadmaps, providing structure and process in roadmap planning.
  • Ensure the existence of customer value propositions for relevant customer segments in collaboration with other Product Family Managers.
  • Coordinate strategies and delivery on shared roadmaps.
  • Track and manage the performance of the Product family to guide informed decision-making on future investments, capacity planning, and product accountability.

Requirements

  • A successful track record in developing and executing product strategy.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Passionate about engaging with customers and incorporating feedback.
  • Experience in the travel industry, particularly in airlines and agencies with a focus on IATA NDC and LCC API technologies.
