Position Overview:

As an Educational Support Facilitator, your primary focus will be to assist students who may encounter difficulties with their behaviour or emotional development. You will engage with these students individually or in small groups, offering personalized support that promotes positive behaviour and enriches their educational journey.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with educators and other staff members to create and apply effective behaviour management techniques. By fostering strong connections with students, you will contribute to establishing a safe and welcoming school atmosphere where every student feels appreciated and supported.

Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Recent graduate with a degree in any field.
  • Commitment to Education: A sincere desire to assist young people in achieving their goals.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Flexibility: Capability to adapt in a dynamic educational environment.
  • Background Check: An up-to-date DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.

All compensation rates mentioned will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role in the future.
