Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic HR Leader to join our team at Peridot Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across the organization and motivating and developing an emergent HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to drive business growth and excellence
  • Lead and manage the HR team to deliver high-quality services and support
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational change and innovation
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in strategic HR leadership and talent developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with senior leaders and stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations
