The Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of People to provide strategic leadership across the organisation and motivate and develop an emergent HR team. The successful candidate will be driven to make a difference for babies, children, and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, and intrinsically aligned to our values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR leadership across the organisation
  • Motivate and develop an emergent HR team
  • Drive the implementation of our new three-year strategy, 'Making the Most of Every Day'
  • Ensure the organisation is a supportive and inclusive employer and service provider
