Job Title: HR Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Ark Elvin Academy. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the school's HR function and contributing to the delivery of our mission to provide an excellent education to our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR advice and guidance to school leaders and staff on employment law, policies, and procedures.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
