Quality and Compliance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Administrator to join our team at Norse Cleaning Division. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Cleaning team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and analyze key financial data to produce management information reports.
  • Process contract variations, monthly accruals, and other administrative tasks in support of the management team.
  • Verify monthly invoice lists with sales ledger and operational managers.
  • Conduct audits of site documentation and stock levels to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and submit financial and quality reports to management.
  • Order stock and manage supporting invoices for approval.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence for travel to other offices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
