Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Management: Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Onboarding Process: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that all necessary documentation and training are completed in a timely manner.
  • Regulatory Updates: Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and implement updates to our compliance policies and procedures.
  • Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure that all compliance and onboarding processes are being followed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to ensure that they are aware of and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in compliance and onboarding, preferably in the healthcare or social care sector.
