About the Role

We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Administrator to provide systems administrative support to our Cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of daily administrative tasks, including visiting multiple sites to ensure all Black Boxes, cleaning schedules, COSHH data, and Health and Safety documentation are compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate key financial data and produce key management information using established Excel spreadsheets.
  • Completion of any contract variation paperwork, monthly accruals, etc. in support of the management team.
  • Checking of monthly invoice lists in conjunction with sales ledger and operational managers.
  • Performing audits of Site Documentation and stock levels at sites.
  • Preparing both financial and quality reports in a timely fashion, against recurring deadlines.
  • Ordering of stock and management of supporting invoices for approval by the Operations Director.
