Core Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed revenue goals by securing new business relationships
  • Identify and evaluate potential clients based on their market position
  • Oversee the client onboarding journey in collaboration with the Client Services team
  • Strategically pursue targeted market segments for optimal client acquisition
  • Provide accurate forecasts, track progress, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
  • Engage with VPs, Product, and Banking Teams to prioritize development initiatives
  • Coordinate with the Risk and Compliance Team to ensure a secure and effective onboarding process
  • Build and maintain robust relationships both internally and externally

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the financial services sector
  • A strong existing network of industry contacts
  • Proficiency in solution-oriented selling and relationship management
  • Experience in Payments, Banking, FX, and Treasury Management
  • Background in fast-paced business environments is a plus
  • Proven strategic leadership capabilities
