Your responsibilities will encompass recognizing opportunities, nurturing client prospects, and working alongside various departments to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed revenue goals by securing new business relationships
- Identify and evaluate potential clients based on their market position
- Oversee the client onboarding journey in collaboration with the Client Services team
- Strategically pursue targeted market segments for optimal client acquisition
- Provide accurate forecasts, track progress, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Engage with VPs, Product, and Banking Teams to prioritize development initiatives
- Coordinate with the Risk and Compliance Team to ensure a secure and effective onboarding process
- Build and maintain robust relationships both internally and externally
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales within the financial services sector
- A strong existing network of industry contacts
- Proficiency in solution-oriented selling and relationship management
- Experience in Payments, Banking, FX, and Treasury Management
- Background in fast-paced business environments is a plus
- Proven strategic leadership capabilities
