Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to clients via various channels, including phone, email, and remote access.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a service desk environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with IT service management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms.
