Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of C++ and Rust programming languages
  • Experience working with UNIX variants and Windows environments
  • Familiarity with database systems including MongoDB and MySQL

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of FIX protocol
  • Familiarity with Monday.com, Jira, and GitHub
