About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Delivery Manager to join our team at Advance TRS. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the M&E Project Engineering and Supervisory of staff throughout the framework on a variety of Clean and Wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme wide M&E delivery in a safe and efficient manner, covering Outline Design to Project Acceptance stages of the project life cycle.
  • Working with other members of the programme team in an integrated manner to ensure overall programme performance, including design, procurement, project controls, and contract administration.
  • Empowering team members to make meaningful contributions, while encouraging a sustainable pace with high levels of quality.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with third-party delivery partners to ensure value for money.
  • Accountable for the effective management of M&E aspects of the project life cycle, including supply chain design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to the client.
Requirements
  • Extensive track record of project/business delivery within a design and build environment or related industries.
  • Ability to understand the complexity of a Major Project and believe in its value and future success.
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management, with previous M&E delivery experience being a distinct advantage.
  • Sound project management and commercial judgement.
  • Understanding of H&S legislation, QA Systems, and Process.
  • Sound appreciation of the commercial implications of project delays.
