Project Manager Opportunity in the Water Sector

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Glasgow, Scotland. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a significant, long-term framework in the water sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on projects primarily in the water and wastewater industries.
  • Lead and manage the project team, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Uphold Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
  • Liaise with existing and new clients.
  • Manage budgets effectively.
  • Oversee site personnel.
  • Attend and contribute to internal and external progress reviews and meetings.
  • Handle commercial management.
  • Maintain accurate records and review all project information.
  • Ensure adherence to all contractual agreements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree or HNC level qualification in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • Proven experience managing various civil engineering projects, primarily within the water sector.
  • MEICA background in the water sector is desirable.
  • Extensive technical knowledge and responsibility for all civils site activities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.
  • Pro-active communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
