What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP who is a natural leader with a passion for producing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. As our ideal candidate, you'll have:

  • Experience: Championing excellent service through quality food and demonstrating a passion for leading and developing a team.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively.
  • Creativity: Ability to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials, working closely with our Head Chefs.
  • Organizational Skills: Great planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour.
  • Proactivity: A proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
