Job Title: National Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Executive to join our team at Meatex Trading Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and support to our national account customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the National Account Manager in managing customer relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain accurate customer records, including joint business plans and activity reports.
  • Prepare and present customer-facing documentation, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Support the new product listing process and work with the supply chain to monitor out-of-stock situations and manage customer communication.
  • Track and manage customer product delists and replacements.
  • Improve customer satisfaction levels by documenting customer complaints, investigating challenges, and proposing solutions.
  • Regularly update customer contracts, order forms, and other customer and sales information on internal and external systems.
  • Complete and maintain accurate Product Data Sheets for customers and utilize a full understanding of these and bespoke customer ordering systems to resolve any issues.
Requirements:
  • Strong IT and administration skills, numeracy, and a good level of English.
  • Customer service focus, excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Action-oriented individual with solutions-focused approach, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
  • Good team player with attention to detail and good problem-solving skills, following processes in place and prioritizing business improvement.
  • Organized, planned, self-motivated, and able to work to targets, deadlines, and under pressure.
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Passion for food and excellent product knowledge and awareness.
  • Sound commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Ability and confidence to negotiate.
  • Experience working within a telesales, customer service, or supply chain role within the foodservice sector.
  • Experience using reporting and procurement systems, business information, and SharePoint.
