Role: Senior Business Development Manager

Location: Hybrid – Manchester / London / Cheltenham

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead our efforts in cultivating and managing strategic accounts within the industrials and transport verticals. Your goal will be to develop and execute a comprehensive target account strategy to win new strategic clients, aligning with NCC's business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Targeted New Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive target account strategy to win new strategic clients within the industrials and transport verticals.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as a trusted adviser and consultant on cybersecurity solutions and best practices.
  3. New Business Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and aligning our cybersecurity solutions with their evolving requirements.
  4. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging threats within the industrials and transport sectors.
  5. Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and NCC Group, while maintaining profitability.
  6. Generating New Business Opportunities: Create content to support new business development campaigns to continue to position NCC Group as a thought leader in Industrials.
  7. Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans to communicate progress and opportunities to senior management.
  8. Enables and Empowers: Provides tools, resources, and support to team members, fostering an environment where they can thrive and excel.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record in business development and account management within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as needed.
