Position Overview

As the Deputy Catering Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our dining establishment. Your leadership will be key in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards throughout the venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and uphold quality standards across all facets of the restaurant and front-of-house operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the site General Manager to ensure operational alignment.
  • Manage and mentor the front-of-house and hospitality teams.
  • Conduct daily briefings regarding operational functions and coordinate with back-of-house staff as necessary.
  • Perform weekly inventory assessments to maintain stock levels.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational aspects.
  • Address and respond to client and customer feedback promptly.
  • Establish processes aimed at achieving operational excellence.
  • Handle financial and departmental administrative tasks.
  • Implement and oversee health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality control and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector.
