Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of Mulesoft Developers and provide guidance on software engineering best practices.
  • Develop and execute API strategies to support our digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions using MuleSoft.
  • Design and implement APIs using MuleSoft within Agile delivery teams.
  • Ensure compliance with API security standards and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain our MuleSoft infrastructure, including CloudHub and on-premise runtimes.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience in Mule v4, including CloudHub and on-premise runtimes.
  • Proven track record of leading and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with stakeholders in large, complex organizations.
  • Knowledge of REST design principles, API design/architecture best practices, and three-layer integration architecture principles.
  • Experience with Dataweave, OAS, RAML, XML, and JSON.
  • Knowledge of API security standards and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.
  • Proven unit testing skills using MUnit.

Location

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home with flexibility to visit our offices in Wiltshire or Hampshire occasionally. You will have the opportunity to manage your work around family/personal commitments.
