The People Network is seeking a seasoned Mulesoft Team Lead to join our growing DevOps team in a Financial Services company. As a key member of our team, you will lead a team of experienced Mulesoft Developers and drive the execution of our business's long-term API vision and strategy.
About the Role:
We are looking for a self-starter with a solid software engineering background and strong hands-on experience in Mule v4. You will be responsible for managing, leading, and coaching a high-performing team of Developers, working with stakeholders in large, complex organizations, and developing APIs using MuleSoft within Agile delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of experienced Mulesoft Developers and drive the execution of our business's long-term API vision and strategy.
- Manage, lead, and coach a high-performing team of Developers.
- Work with stakeholders in large, complex organizations to develop APIs using MuleSoft within Agile delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of REST design principles, API design/architecture best practices, and three-layer integration architecture principles.
- Experience with Dataweave, OAS, RAML, XML, JSON, and API security standards.
- Proven unit testing skills using the MUnit framework and experience in CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Mule v4, including on-premise and CloudHub runtimes.
- Self-starter with experience managing, leading, and coaching a high-performing team of Developers.
- Proven track record of working with stakeholders in large, complex organizations.
- Experience in developing APIs using MuleSoft within Agile delivery teams.

- Knowledge and proven experience of three-layer integration architecture principles.
