Role Overview

You will be stationed within our dynamic Service team, playing a crucial role in supporting the Field Service department to deliver exceptional customer service.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating tasks to Field Service Engineers as necessary.
  • Ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the service team by addressing customer service needs in accordance with our service standards.
  • Scheduling and delegating workloads efficiently to meet established objectives.
  • Utilizing our Telematics system to track team activities and monitor equipment, ensuring a superior service experience for our clients.
  • Assessing the skills and performance of team members to enhance their productivity and technical knowledge.
  • Providing motivation and guidance to the team to help them reach both individual and collective performance targets.
  • Promoting health and safety protocols within the branch and in the field.
Qualifications and Benefits
