As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all calls coming into the service, gathering accurate information from individuals, and directing them to the correct element of the service.
You will work collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a passion for making a difference and ensuring fair chances for all. You will have experience of working with vulnerable people and the issues facing those who misuse substances.
You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office programmes.
