Job Summary

Villa Park is seeking a highly skilled Senior Hospitality Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Hospitality department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of hospitality accounts, selling premium experiences to clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a base of hospitality accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring repeat business.
  • Sell premium experiences to existing clients, including seasonal packages, match-by-match packages, and hospitality events.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently sell premium experiences to clients.
  • Experience in managing business clients, preferably from an account management background.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
