About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Hydro International. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the European market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional business strategy to achieve sales revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners across the region.
  • Manage and optimize routes to market, including channel partner management and budget building.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Support the development of customer campaigns and product training programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of post-graduation work experience in business development.
  • Proven experience in generating sales in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of the water industry in the region.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and CRM systems.
