Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our client's team. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering a class-leading service, covering all aspects of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Build effective working relationships with people across the business, providing advice and guidance on HR policies and HR-related issues throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Restructuring: Advise on restructuring, including advising and supporting senior leaders through a consultation process. Prepare documentation for restructures, including advice on job descriptions, TUPE, and recruitment activities.
  • Initiatives: Research and recommend new initiatives and provide administrative support to deliver these, e.g., wellbeing, training.
  • Recruitment: Support the recruitment of new employees, covering all aspects from authorization, advertising, working with agencies, job offers, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations Caseload: Deliver successful end-to-end management of employee relations caseload, advising on cases at all levels of complexity.
  • HR Administration: Update the staff database and TUPE list, ensure correct employee details are inputted for monthly reports and audit purposes.
  • Occupational Health: Support managers with occupational health referral processes and associated welfare meetings.
  • HR Processes: Process paperwork for new starters, leavers, sickness, salary changes, etc.
  • Quality Procedures: Proactively ensure quality procedures and guidelines are followed to ensure quality objectives are met.

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5
