About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at AW Media Recruitment. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, change management, and training initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive excellence across all aspects of the HR function, from recruitment and employee relations to change management and training initiatives
  • Offer expert advice and pragmatic solutions on people management, balancing best practices with business needs
  • Oversee critical HR processes, including contract preparation, policy updates, and system management
  • Lead important employee meetings, from inductions to disciplinary proceedings, with professionalism and empathy
  • Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Requirements:

  • In-depth, generalist knowledge of HR processes and a solid understanding of UK employment law
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with all levels of the organisation
  • Strong organisational abilities and adept time management to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, analytics, and reporting to drive data-informed decisions
  • Experience crafting detailed HR policies and guidance notes
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
