Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Web Developer to join our digital marketing team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our Drupal website, driving technical innovation, and enhancing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage our Drupal website, ensuring it is industry-leading and meets the needs of our customers.
  • Provide technical direction on all aspects of the development lifecycle, selecting appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for features or system design aligned with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and drive innovation, ensuring our website remains competitive and user-friendly.
  • Write high-quality code, uphold coding standards, and implement continuous improvement processes.
  • Oversee project timelines for new features and enhancements, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Ensure the site performs optimally, with minimal downtime and fast page load times, keeping technical debt low and ensuring an excellent user experience.
  • Design and implement the website's architecture, ensuring it is scalable and secure.

Requirements

  • Significant experience developing and managing Drupal websites.
  • PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and good understanding of Google Analytics, paid search, and SEO.
  • Project leadership experience and ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Able to balance perfection and experimentation, thinking on your feet and improvising.
  • Enthusiasm for travel and excellent communications skills.
