About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Web Developer to join our digital marketing team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Drupal website, ensuring it remains industry-leading and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage our Drupal website, ensuring it meets the highest standards of technical innovation and user experience.
  • Provide technical direction and leadership to our digital marketing team, ensuring we stay ahead of industry developments and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Digital to oversee project timelines and ensure the successful delivery of new features and enhancements.
  • Design and implement the website's architecture, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and performs optimally.
Requirements
  • Significant experience developing and managing Drupal websites.
  • PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and a good understanding of Google Analytics, paid search, and SEO.
  • Project leadership experience and the ability to balance perfection and experimentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for travel.
