About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Web Developer to join our digital marketing team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our Drupal website, driving technical innovation, and enhancing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction on all aspects of the development lifecycle, selecting appropriate tools and technologies to drive business growth.
  • Drupal Development: Develop and maintain our existing Drupal website, ensuring it performs optimally with minimal downtime and fast page load times.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines for new features and enhancements, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience developing and managing Drupal websites, with a strong understanding of PHP, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Skills: Good understanding of Google Analytics, paid search, and SEO, with experience of managing/coaching/mentoring junior developers.
  • Personal Qualities: Enthusiasm for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance perfection and experimentation.
